HR Executive
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Good knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the property development projects.
- Handle the recruitment and selection process for the projects, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary procedures.
- Manage employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement plans.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Manage the performance appraisal process for employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide support for other HR-related tasks as needed.
