Job Requirements

- Previous experience working in accounting or finance, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records for the property development projects.
- Create and manage project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for the projects.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure they are within budget.
- Prepare and file tax returns for the projects.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including investors and lenders, regarding financial matters.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Provide support for other accounting and finance-related tasks as needed.
